Hello Parents and Athletes,
It is with great excitement that we are writing to update you about the start of our 2019 season and preseason. We have worked hard in the offseason to continue build and develop our programming to better serve our wonderful player and parent community this year.
This year we will be able to begin our programming for our U13 and U15 teams earlier than ever before. We have Scheduled trainings at the commonwealth field house (11000 Stadium Rd NW) on three evenings beginning in early April.
Wednesday April 10: 7:00pm to 8:30pm
Tuesday April 16: 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Wednesday April 24: 7:00pm to 8:30pm
In addition to this we will also begin preseason trainings for out U7, U9 and U11 programs in early April at Ross Sheppard High School (13546 111 Ave NW) during the following dates and times.
Friday April 5: 6:30pm to 8:00pm
Friday April 12: 6:30pm to 8:00pm
Thursday April 18: 6:30pm to 8:00pm
Regular trainings will begin to run on Friday April 26th from 6:30pm to 8:00pm, and will run every Friday throughout the season. (some teams will also be adding Wednesdays to their practice schedules, and will notify their players if that will be the case).

U5 (Born 2014, 2015+)
U7 (Born 2012, 2013)
U9 (Born 2010, 2011)
U11 (Born 2008, 2009)

U17 (Born 2002, 2003)
U19 (Born 2000,2001)
For all of our age groups there have been some cost increases associated with Rugby Canada changing their dues part way through last year. These are now reflected in our overall program cost for this year. Our Fees are shown below
U5 - $75.00
U7/U9/U11 - $145.00
U13/U15 - $220.00
U17/U19 - $245.00
*please note that these prices are subject to working a bingo for the club as well. choosing not to work a bingo will require an additional $100.00 paid to the club post registration. if you plan on working a bingo for the club, during your registration you can select the bingo option and your information will be provided to our bingo coordinator.
With these fee changes this year, the club will be building in a piece of kit for every single youth player this year. Every player will automatically receive a club t-shirt to wear at the field on game days for warm-ups and off field use.
This year is set to be an exciting time for the club and we are excited to see everyone again for another fun filled season full of great memories, opportunities and development. In the next couple weeks we will have contacts coming out from our coaches to our player families to provide some team information and touch base about the upcoming year.
