Indoor Winter Training- come join us!
These trainings are open to everyone in U19 and above. No experience with rugby (or any sport) is required - we will teach you what you need to know!
And the best part? It's totally free!
All you need to bring (your "kit", as many rugby folk would say) is some exercise clothes, non-metal cleats if you have them, and a water bottle. And of course, yourself!
Join us on January 9th and each Wednesday night from then on at the Field House in Commonwealth Community Rec Centre. Training runs from 8pm - 9:30pm. No sign-up is required!
