Indoor Winter Training
These trainings are open to everyone in U19 and above (born in or before 2000). No experience with rugby (or any sport) is required - we will teach you what you need to know!
And the best part? It's totally free!
All you need to bring (your "kit", as many rugby folk would say) is some exercise clothes, non-metal cleats if you have them, and a water bottle. And of course, yourself!
Join us on Wednesday nights at the Field House in Commonwealth Community Rec Centre. Training runs from 8:30pm - 10pm, with an extra fitness session starting at 8pm. No sign-up is required!
