JUNIOR HIGH INDOOR SESSIONS

For the first time the Clansmen RFC will be running winter skills sessions for all players aged 12 to 15 (born 2013 to 2010). The sessions are FREE and are foundation for any sport (passing, agility, mobility, ball handling and coordination). 

There will be a girls session run by female coaches, and separate boys session run by male coaches (both will run at the same time).  

No rugby or sports experience is needed! All current players and their friends, families, classmates and neighbours are welcome to attend.

All sessions are held in the Field House at the Commonwealth Recreation Centre (11000 Stadium Rd NW)
