REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration Fees Update
The way registration fees work is changing in 2025.
In 2025 a volunteer deposit of $50.00 will be added to the registration fee for each player. This can be earned back in Ruck Bucks. Once you earn Ruck Bucks they can be used to get rid of the $50.00 deposit and be used to reduce registration costs by an additional $50.00 to a total of a $100 discount.
How it works
You have to volunteer before you register to be able to use Ruck Bucks towards registration. If you have Ruck Bucks from last season, you can use them for 2025 registration fees. If you volunteer after registration, then you can save your Ruck Bucks for next season, or use them to purchase food and drinks at the clubhouse, or to buy kit (training tops, shorts, socks, mouthguards) or swag (sweaters, hats, pullovers).
How to earn Ruck Bucks
To earn Ruck Bucks you can sign up for club volunteer positions and/or do bingos.
20 Ruck Bucks = $1.00
Bingos: 1 Bingo equals $50 and covers the volunteer deposit (BINGOs happen all year round so you can sign up today and get your Ruck Bucks now). 2 BINGOs can equal $100 dollars off of your player dues.
Club Volunteer positions: We need every kind of volunteer at the club from coaches to our Friday hotdog crew to Wednesday night cashiers to our fundraising committee. Email our junior director to get a volunteer spot for our 2025 season.

The Respect in Sport Program has been mandated by Rugby Alberta.
One parent/guardian must complete this online session and enter the certificate number into the SportLoMo registration system when registering a player under the age of 18. Without the certificate number, a player cannot be registered for any youth rugby programs or teams.
It takes approximately one hour to complete the program and does not have to be done in one sitting.
The cost is $12 plus applicable taxes, and is valid for four years. You can use an existing Respect In Sport certification number you have received through another sport, or from a previous year, if it is still valid.
